What You Can Expect

As a Clinical Sales Specialist (CSS), you will manage successful sales regions, working alongside Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, and Sales Managers to service hospitals and provide technical support to stakeholders. You will deliver bespoke training to ensure surgeons and scrub staff operate safely and efficiently with Zimmer Biomet products, attending surgeries as needed to provide real-time support.

How You'll Create Impact
  • Provide technical advice in the OR on Zimmer Biomet Recon Products
  • Train users on Zimmer Biomet products
  • Generate sales leads within Platinum & Silver customers
  • Manage logistics for procedure planning and stock
  • Support onsite product demonstrations and educational initiatives
  • Follow internal communication and documentation policies (QA)
  • Adhere to divisional sales strategies under the Regional Sales Manager's guidance
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Zimmer Biomet and competitors' products
  • Keep Salesforce updated for accounts
  • Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, training, etc.
  • Provide monthly performance and activity reports to the Regional Sales Manager
