Hobbycraft is seeking a Digital Merchandising Manager to join their team at the Head Office in Christchurch. This full-time role involves optimizing online product representation and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experience and drive revenue. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, a strong understanding of online merchandising, and excellent organizational skills.

Salary: £32,000pa - Pension with a 4% contribution, 25 days holiday increasing every year, 25% discount in our stores
This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours. Our core business hours are Monday to Friday – 10am to 3pm with a flexible approach to start and finish times.
Our hybrid working model is 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Merchandising Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Digital Trading, the successful applicant will be responsible for the representation, online delivery, and trading of products and campaigns across our site & app. The role will also include working with our buying, supply chain, marketing, and technical teams. You must be detail-oriented, extremely organized, and have at least 2 years’ experience in an ecommerce role.
