Job Title: Online Grocery Trading Assistant

Role Overview

Your role is to manage new listings of products on the website in line with critical path milestones. The role also supports areas such as store queries, product content troubleshooting, creative content execution, and working with range trackers to ensure business stakeholders are informed about range statuses within the critical path.

Key Responsibilities

1. Update the critical path for your business unit and follow milestones for range and promo launches.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to list new products and maintain existing products across Groceries and Q-Commerce platforms.
3. Implement taxonomy, icons, facets, meta tags, and manage product lines, cross-references, and rolling ANA’s.
4. Validate pre and post-launch product data.
5. Manage amendments and redesigns of products.
6. Handle listing backlog items, maintain lines to list, and manage approval processes.
7. Publish content onto the website via Tempo/Amplience.
8. Support online traders with trading and merchandising activities.
9. Manage Q-commerce menu uploads using Agatha/Stibo systems.

Candidate Requirements

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Logical and methodical working style following processes.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with CMS/PIM systems such as Agatha/Stibo, Tempo/Amplience.
• Knowledge of Retail Link/SAP, SIUPC/Blue Yonder is preferable.
