Our client is a Private Members Club located in one of the most unique locations on the South Coast.
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Sous and Head Chef in the day-to-day running and management of the kitchen. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to utilise your previous experience in Hotels and Restaurants to produce excellent food for functions and events, as well as providing snacks and light bites for Members.
