We are looking for the best talent—someone capable of driving growth, understanding the Kidswear retail landscape, and connecting the brand with consumers effectively.

You will work with a dedicated cross-functional support team, providing guidance and support, though you will not directly manage a team.

Summary of Role Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all direct Kidswear wholesale sales, focusing on UK & Ireland.
  2. Create assortments aligned with growth ambitions and consumer preferences, across physical and digital retail channels.
  3. Identify growth opportunities through strong sellers, new avenues, and strategic divestments; demonstrate knowledge of sell-through, trade terms, and KPIs.
  4. Own the orderbook, maximize intake and profitability.
  5. Upsell, manage in-season sales potential, and actively oversee inventory, employing effective marketing strategies to current and prospective consumers.
Brief Overview of Accountabilities:
  1. Account management, including growth planning, execution, business terms, performance reviews, and sales process management, with a focus on Kidswear-specific needs.
  2. Drive sustainable, profitable growth for the wholesale business, ensuring all accounts maximize commercial opportunities.
  3. Set standards for the Lyle and Scott collection, ensuring segmentation plans are executed to deliver a premium experience across all channels.
  4. Support new business initiatives, including product development tailored to market needs and exploring new routes to consumers, such as D2C channels.
