You will work with a dedicated cross-functional team, providing guidance and support, though you will not directly manage a team.

Summary of Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage all direct Kidswear wholesale sales, primarily in the UK & Ireland.
  • Create assortments aligned with growth ambitions, targeting physical and digital retailers.
  • Identify growth opportunities through strong sellers, new channels, and strategic divestments; demonstrate knowledge of sell-through, trade terms, and KPIs.
  • Own the order book, maximize intake and profitability.
  • Upsell, manage in-season sales, and actively oversee inventory, employing efficient marketing strategies.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage accounts with growth plans, business terms, performance reviews, and the selling process, focusing on Kidswear-specific needs.
  • Deliver sustainable, profitable growth for the wholesale business, maximizing commercial opportunities across all accounts.
  • Set standards for the Lyle and Scott collection, ensuring segmentation plans are executed to deliver a premium experience across channels.
  • Support new business initiatives, including product development tailored to market needs and exploring new routes to consumers, such as D2C channels.
