Our Customer Success team are an important segment of the Sales team at With Intelligence. Working alongside the Account Management and New Business function, the team is responsible for driving usage and adoption, engaging with clients, and improving the health of accounts to ensure success for the customer, and ultimately retain and grow their business.
This is an exciting opportunity to join as we expand the team covering our Foliometrics product. Foliometrics is our flagship CRM product designed specifically for the alternative asset management community. This role will be supporting a growing book of clients, providing the opportunity to own relationships with some of the biggest names in the investment landscape. The candidate should be passionate about customer engagement with excellent communication skills and appreciate how good data discipline underpins this, enabling the implementation of measurable tactics to achieve results. You will have a critical role in helping our clients get the maximum value from the product, while partnering with our sales team to deliver high-impact product demonstrations.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging directly with clients throughout the subscription term, building rapport and trust to ensure high retention and satisfaction
- Ensuring new customers are successfully onboarded and are setup for success from day one
- Providing impactful, technical client product demonstrations
- Act as a trusted advisor, assisting clients with any product related questions
- Helping to customise the service for specific client types
- Finding ways to meaningfully engage clients and ensure consistently strong product uptake
- Identifying any opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Reporting all feedback to Account Managers and in CRM systems to highlight risk and opportunity
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a client-facing role such as customer success, account management, or sales support — ideally in SaaS, fintech, or CRM platforms.
- Energetic with an ability to connect quickly with people at all levels
- Professional, credible, confident, driven, and enthusiastic
- Ability to juggle multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Commercially astute to be able to understand and impact business objectives
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate product features
- Ability to retain information (technical knowledge of industry, product and business operations procedures)
