A bit about the job:
As a Counter Fraud Investigator, you will play a key role in identifying and investigating potentially fraudulent property claims. You’ll be responsible for reviewing cases referred from various sources, conducting thorough investigations, and ensuring that genuine claims are settled swiftly.
This role requires excellent communication skills as you will liaise with customers and third parties while managing your own caseload of active investigations. You’ll need to use initiative, make quick decisions when necessary, and balance working independently with collaborating as part of a team.
