Job Title: HR Success Factors Systems Analyst

Duration: 6 months

Location: Warwick (occasional travel to the office)

We are currently seeking a Success Factors Systems Analyst to join our client's team in Warwick. As the Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising our client's HR applications, specifically focusing on the Success Factors Performance & Goals, Succession, and Learning modules.

Job purpose: The Systems Analyst is responsible for day-to-day system maintenance and ongoing testing and improvements for HR applications. Working within the HR Technology Team alongside Global Product Owners, you will be responsible for one or more of the following areas depending on experience: SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, Succession, and Learning modules and associated integrated applications.

Primary responsibility for one or more SuccessFactors modules (dependent on experience) with cross-training requirements to support other designated modules and integrated applications. Previous experience working within an Agile development framework is desirable but not essential for the role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Central: Serve as the technical subject matter expert and enterprise administrator. Drive the maintenance and optimisation of the system to support global business needs. Collaborate with a third-party application support team to manage system configuration, architecture, role-based permissions, data integrity, releases, and monitor defect resolution. Provide guidance and testing where necessary.
  2. Supporting: Support Product Owners to develop solutions to system challenges, gather user requirements, research technical practices, and engage with the SAP SuccessFactors community and user groups to stay updated on best practices.
  3. Executing: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and Regression Testing for system changes and defect fixes. Manage your work and projects, navigate ambiguity, and build collaborative relationships to ensure an exceptional user experience.
  4. Expected: Take on responsibilities broader than your own work as part of the HR Systems team, partnering on other HR projects. Facilitate sessions, provide training, or updates as needed.
  5. Experience: Demonstrated experience within matrix teams solving complex problems. Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in SuccessFactors systems administration, with expertise in modules such as Learning Management System (LMS), Performance and Goals, and Talent.
  • Strong knowledge of HR SAP SuccessFactors best practices and a proactive approach to applying this knowledge to HR activities.
  • Familiarity with Agile development frameworks is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Prior experience working in a matrix organization with cross-functional teams.
