Job description

Insignis is a growing FinTech company looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our expanding business. We are in a phase of growth, making this a perfect position for someone eager to have a significant impact on a company's fast-paced development and to grow their role and career as the business evolves. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong growth mindset, eagerness to build our growth playbook from scratch, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

The position will be based out of our London office located in Devonshire Square, with a mix of office and remote work.

Requirements

Working closely with the director of growth marketing and sales leaders, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-velocity tests to help clarify our ICPs and acquisition strategies. This includes:

  • Leading multichannel and integrated B2B marketing campaigns to generate marketing qualified leads and revenue opportunities.
  • Conducting market research and experiments to refine our ICPs and messaging for acquisition, nurturing, and closing.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on marketing activities across web, SEO, social media, and digital advertising to provide insights, demonstrate ROI, and optimize campaigns.
  • Managing marketing budgets across channels, ensuring value for money and tracking spend throughout the year.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to identify and resolve pipeline bottlenecks.
  • Measuring campaign results and recommending improvements to meet business goals.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing or demand generation, ideally targeting finance professionals (CFOs, Treasurers, Financial Directors).
  • Advanced knowledge of PPC and paid social media (LinkedIn or Meta).
  • Understanding of experimentation best practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Enjoyment of hands-on execution and building new growth loops.
  • Strategic, commercial, and practical thinking abilities.
  • Analytical and creative mindset with confidence in numerical data.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Interest in finance, FinTech, and cash management.
  • Positive, passionate, and proactive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills.
