The position will be based out of our London office located in Devonshire Square, with a mix of office and remote work.
Requirements
Working closely with the director of growth marketing and sales leaders, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-velocity tests to help clarify our ICPs and acquisition strategies. This includes:
- Leading multichannel and integrated B2B marketing campaigns to generate marketing qualified leads and revenue opportunities.
- Conducting market research and experiments to refine our ICPs and messaging for acquisition, nurturing, and closing.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on marketing activities across web, SEO, social media, and digital advertising to provide insights, demonstrate ROI, and optimize campaigns.
- Managing marketing budgets across channels, ensuring value for money and tracking spend throughout the year.
- Collaborating with sales teams to identify and resolve pipeline bottlenecks.
- Measuring campaign results and recommending improvements to meet business goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing or demand generation, ideally targeting finance professionals (CFOs, Treasurers, Financial Directors).
- Advanced knowledge of PPC and paid social media (LinkedIn or Meta).
- Understanding of experimentation best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Enjoyment of hands-on execution and building new growth loops.
- Strategic, commercial, and practical thinking abilities.
- Analytical and creative mindset with confidence in numerical data.
