What you can expect

• Work with agile practices and cross-functional teams, solving problems for clients and internal projects.
• Participate in in-person whiteboarding sessions and remote communication via Teams.
• Hybrid working with a minimum of two days on-site, with flexibility up to five days per week.

• Analyse end-to-end operations for business resilience, moving beyond traditional business continuity management.
• Assess resilience across various vulnerable areas, including third parties, personnel, security, and IT functions.
• Apply risk management fundamentals to navigate modern business challenges.

Qualifications

Essential requirements

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ambitious with a passion for designing resilient businesses and fostering a robust economy.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of success and pride in work.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of IT operations and their importance to business success, with confidence in identifying vulnerabilities.
• Technical experience (3+ years) in areas such as Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Third Party Risk Management, OCIR, Crisis Management, IT Service Management, Security, Risk Management, Supply Chain Resilience, Disaster Recovery.
• Familiarity with IT service models like COBIT and ITIL is beneficial.
• Experience with international standards for resilience, risk management, information security, and service continuity.
• Certifications such as BCI, DRI, CISSP, IRM are desirable.
• Understanding of financial services regulation and background is advantageous, though resilience principles are applicable across sectors.

• Round 1: Technical or competency interview (60 mins).
• Round 2: Alternate interview type (60 mins).
• Final round: Meeting with PA leadership, including a mini case study and discussion.
