Pay Rate: £37,000-£42,000
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Location: United Kingdom/25% expected travel

Are you a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for creating impactful campaigns? We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our marketing strategy and driving our brand forward.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns from conception to execution, determining the optimal campaign channel mix to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Create and execute audience-focused and thought-provoking content that resonates with our target market and drives action.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to define and align business and marketing objectives prior to campaign launch, ensuring that all initiatives support company goals.
  • Serve as the brand champion for all marketing campaign activities, becoming a trusted expert to key stakeholders across the business.
  • Monitor and measure the performance and success of business and marketing KPIs, including budget management and cost control, to ensure campaigns are effective and efficient.
  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership to support and deliver measurable campaigns that meet targets around engagement and pipeline progression.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • Proven experience in marketing campaign management, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Previous experience working across a variety of social channels is desirable
  • Experience or knowledge of the retail sector is beneficial.
  • Project management experience would be an added bonus.
  • A qualification or degree in campaign or marketing management would be great but is not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content that engages and inspires.
  • Experience in budget management and cost control.
