Contract type: Permanent

Full time: 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days over 7.

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, logging jobs in a fast-paced environment
  • Co-ordinating contractors and City Technicians to meet City standards
  • Working with customers to achieve results
  • Completing administrative tasks such as quotes, uplifts, emails
  • Managing end-to-end job processes
  • Contributing to a team focused on customer excellence
