We are expanding our Maidstone team and seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to support the hiring of Industrial, Driving, and Office staff across Kent.

Your Role Includes:

1. Sourcing temporary workers via job adverts, CV searches, and referrals.
2. Managing the full registration process, including compliance checks (right to work, referencing, etc.).
3. Coordinating candidate placements, ensuring workers are successfully matched with roles.
4. Handling administrative tasks related to recruitment.
