Job description

Our client, a global leader in Crop Protection Solutions, is looking for a Project Manager to join their dynamic team who will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarizes progress of projects. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of projects.

Key Success Factors:

1. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
2. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
3. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
4. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Experience Level:

1. Manage projects from conception through to closeout.
2. Maintain relationships with internal customers and external contractors, represent brand locally, provide project management services to customers.

Skills:

1. Management of scientific infrastructure and automation projects from conception through to closure, to agreed scope, schedules and budgets.

Education:

1. Suitable project management qualification.
2. Scientific and/or engineering background.
3. Knowledge/experience of CDM 2015, RIBA, CIBSE.
4. Degree is desirable, but not essential.
