About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the No7BC ROW Commercial team, we are recruiting a Commercial Executive on a permanent basis located in the Nottingham Support Office.

Reporting into Commercial Manager - Europe, you will lead, develop and deliver a commercial strategy and result for customers, delivering a step change

in performance. You will be looking to achieve agreed goals and contribute to the achievement of No7BC's key performance targets relating to sales, market share, gross margin, trading profit, cash flow, and AOI in the respective scope.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and integrate all commercial activities related to No7BC products.
  • Build solid networks and unlock business development opportunities, focus on the creation of long-term relationship with customers and value for the business.
  • Leading the creation and execution of go to market strategies with 3rd party distributors, for both trade and consumers in each specified market.
  • Influencing business direction identifying business opportunities that grow the N7BC business with relevant geographies, sharing the strategy internally with Marketing, Communications, Wholesale sales, and externally with 3rd parties and own teams
  • Identifying key insights from data and use them to create compelling action plans.
  • Working with markets and distributors, in partnership with internal marketing team, to ensure that activation of marketing strategies is fully implemented and creates an acceptable return on investment.
  • Leading the creation and implementation, with all the relevant functions of a business plan with a specific focus on execution, removing barriers for the commercial team.
  • Developing and maintaining synergistic and constructive relationships with other WBA Divisional and Country departments and personnel, particularly Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations.
  • Ensuring systems are in place to monitor performance and actions taken to address under achievement of targets/objectives
What you'll need to have

  • Expertise in buying/account management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can manage working in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Expertise in negotiation and influencing others.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of individual accountability and able to work with autonomy.
  • Proficient in Excel, numeracy and analytical skills with strong attention to details.
  • Strong in P&L management, budget planning and customer management.
  • Committed to delivering results and goes after continuous improvement and out performance.
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Experience in negotiating commercial agreements
It would be great if you also have

  • Good Sales, Marketing and Trade Marketing experience in launching new products with confirmed success.
  • Ability to carry out negotiations and consumer segmentation.
  • Experience of working with people at all levels and location of an organisation
  • Experience of working internationally
