Building Surveyor/Project Manager required for a Multidisciplinary Consultancy in the City Centre.

Your new company

Hays is working with a leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy operating across Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, and Project Management. They are actively seeking to strengthen their Building Surveying team in Belfast, focusing on sectors such as Commercial, Residential, Education, Sports, Government, and Retail. Due to ongoing expansion, a position for a Building Surveyor / Project Manager has become available.

Your new role

This role may suit someone currently working within a smaller consultancy seeking security, progression, and an exciting workload. The role involves all technical aspects of Project Management within the Building Surveying team, as well as developing and maintaining client relationships. You will also lead Project Management & Contracts Administration of schemes and report to the Associate Building Surveyor.

What you'll need to succeed

• A degree in Building Surveying or equivalent with 5 years of postgraduate experience.
• Understanding of Building Surveying and Project Management within a construction consultancy.
• Ideally MRICS and excellent client-facing skills.
• Minimum of 1-2 years since Chartered status, with consideration for exceptional candidates with less experience.
