This organization is actively seeking to strengthen their Building Surveying team in Belfast, focusing on sectors such as Commercial, Residential, Education, Sports, Government, and Retail. Due to ongoing expansion, a position for a Building Surveyor / Project Manager is available. This role may suit someone currently working within a smaller consultancy seeking security, progression, and an exciting workload.

Your role
This reputable Construction Consultancy seeks a Building Surveyor / Project Manager to join their recently established and rapidly growing office in Belfast. The role encompasses all technical aspects of Project Management within the Building Surveying team, along with developing and maintaining client relationships. You will also lead Project Management & Contracts Administration of schemes and report to the Associate Building Surveyor.

Requirements

• Degree qualification in Building Surveying or equivalent
• 5+ years post-graduate experience
• Understanding of Building Surveying and Project Management within a construction consultancy
• MRICS qualification preferred
• Excellent client-facing skills
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience since Chartered status; exceptional candidates with less experience may be considered
