Location: London, UK. Salary: £31,000 - 39,000 per annum (depending on experience). Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Hours: ~45 hours per week.

Job Description:

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient management of the restaurant. Your leadership will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service and driving operational success.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing day-to-day operations, including rota, staff supervision, training, and development.
2. Ensuring the restaurant complies with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
3. Driving exceptional customer service standards and handling guest queries or complaints.
4. Overseeing inventory management, ordering supplies, and managing vendor relationships.
5. Recruiting, training, and scheduling staff to ensure efficient operations.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
