Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

We create cutting-edge digital campaigns that captivate audiences and drive measurable results. We’re now looking for a talented Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and help elevate our clients' digital presence through paid media excellence.

Role Overview:

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll work closely with creatives, strategists, and account managers to ensure campaigns not only look great but deliver on performance goals. If you're passionate about digital media and live for the buzz of the entertainment world, this is your stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage paid social and search campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop campaign strategies that drive ticket sales, video views, fan acquisition, and brand engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance in real-time and make proactive optimizations to improve ROI, CTR, CPM, and other key metrics.
  • Work with creative and content teams to brief, test, and iterate on ad creatives and copy tailored to platform and audience.
  • Conduct audience segmentation and targeting using platform tools, first-party data, and pixel-based retargeting.
  • Deliver performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with entertainment trends, digital innovations, and platform updates relevant to our clients.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally within a digital agency or media environment.
  • Solid understanding of entertainment audiences and how to reach them through digital media.
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and at least one additional platform (e.g., TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Snapchat).
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Data Studio, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Experience with A/B testing and creative performance analysis.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills, with an eye for both detail and the big picture.
  • Bonus: Experience running campaigns for film releases, theatre productions, music events, or similar.
