Job description

Our client is the UK's leading business training and coaching platform for trade and construction business owners. They help tradespeople become successful business owners through a range of training solutions, including 12-month business academies, mastermind sessions, and retreats. Due to a huge expansion plan, they are now able to recruit a Sales Manager to look after the Senior Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement a robust sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals, market trends, and customer needs.
  2. Lead by example, leveraging your successful sales leadership experience to set the standard for excellence.
  3. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies and tactics effectively.
  4. Showcase adaptability by responding effectively to changing market conditions and uncovering new opportunities.
  5. Develop a strategic vision that not only meets but exceeds sales targets, expanding their footprint within the construction industry.
  6. Mentor and inspire the Sales Team, empowering them to achieve their highest potential.

The Candidate
  1. Must have experience managing internal B2B sales teams within a target-driven environment.
  2. Must have experience managing teams that complete sales via video calls.
  3. Must live within commuting distance to Peterborough, 5 days per week.
  4. Skilled at adjusting to changing market dynamics, maintaining a competitive edge.
  5. Exceptional strategic vision and leadership abilities to propel the team to remarkable achievements.
  6. Extensive knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies, refined through years of experience.
