Job Overview

I am delighted to be working with one of my clients, as they look to recruit for a HR Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.

Details

• Salary: up to £55k per annum (DOE)
• Working pattern: 5 days in the office during probation and 4 days in the office thereafter
• Term: Full-time and permanent

Role Responsibilities

The HR Manager will work across the business with senior leaders and management to address all HR and people-related issues. This role is standalone and will manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience operating as an HR Manager or similar role.
• Experience working in a standalone role or managing a small team.
• Ideal sector experience in construction or architecture.
• Detailed knowledge and experience advising on HR, management, and employee relations issues.
• Level 5 CIPD qualification or above (desirable).
• Experience supporting line managers to improve employee performance and manage organizational change.
• Ability to think and act both operationally and strategically.
