What We Are Looking For...
- Drive sales & maximise profit: Adhere to company VM guidelines, ensure proper product merchandising, and implement layout changes. Lead with creative visual ideas, manage product placement, and handle deliveries to highlight best sellers and new arrivals.
- Conduct daily floor walks: Inspect windows, lighting, sales floor, and stockrooms to identify opportunities. Analyze reports, make commercial decisions, and delegate tasks effectively.
- Customer engagement: Offer styling ideas, stay updated on trends and competitors, and collaborate with the field VM team to maintain high visual standards and good size availability.
- Prioritize delivery: Ensure timely replenishment of key departments and new lines on the sales floor.
- Work independently and lead: Use initiative, communicate effectively, and motivate your team.
- Leadership skills: Demonstrate strong leadership and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Report analysis & decision-making: Use data insights to inform commercial decisions.
- Trend awareness: Keep abreast of latest fashion trends and competitor activity.
- Experience required: Visual Merchandising, managing large teams in high-turnover environments, and previous roles at Sales Manager or Visual Merchandiser level. Suitable for those looking to advance from medium store/deputy manager roles.
