Salary Scp 22 - 25 £24,408 - £26,770 pa
37 Hours per week
Funded Until 31st March 2027
Based in Caerphilly with travel required around Gwent
About the role
The Administrative Officer (with Grants Support) plays a vital role in the coordination and administration of Training, Health and Safety and Grant applications. The postholder ensures compliance with due diligence requirements, provides efficient administrative support, and maintains effective communication with stakeholders to support successful grant delivery and organisational operations.
About you
If you would like to use your organisational skills in a role that supports our client in making a difference, then they would like to hear from you. A multi-tasker with excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively. You will need to be proficient in Excel and the other Microsoft 365 applications, with an understanding of numeracy and budget monitoring.
