ADMINISTRATION OFFICER (WITH GRANTS SUPPORT)

Salary SCP 22 - 25 £24,408 - £26,770 pa

37 Hours per week

Funded until 31st March 2027

Based in Caerphilly with travel required around Gwent (Newport, Blaenau Gwent, Monmouthshire)

About the role

The Administrative Officer (with Grants Support) plays a vital role in coordinating and administering training, health and safety, and grant applications. The postholder ensures compliance with due diligence requirements, provides efficient administrative support, and maintains effective communication with stakeholders to support successful grant delivery and organizational operations.

About you

If you would like to use your organizational skills in a role that supports us in making a difference, then we would like to hear from you. You should be a multitasker with excellent attention to detail and effective communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications is required, along with an understanding of numeracy and budget monitoring.
