Job Description:

Richard Irvin, an RSK Group company, is recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber/Heating Engineer to join the team based in Perth, Scotland, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and heating pipework, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Complete all necessary administrative work and submit it to the appropriate centre in line with procedures.
• Work in any area or region of the business as required
• Communicate effectively with Engineers, Supervisors, Clients, and Contractors regarding work matters.
• Understand relevant building codes, legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures related to installation and maintenance.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience with plumbing and heating services in commercial building settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of Safe Systems of Hot & Cold Water and Sanitation.
• Experience with Unvented Hot Water Storage Systems.
• Must have experience as a plumber, domestic heating fitter, or mechanical pipefitter.
• Ability to work in accordance with Building Regulations and Water Regulations/Bye-Laws.
