The Company:

My client is one of the largest independent providers of property maintenance services in the UK, offering Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance to thousands of clients across numerous locations. They provide Mechanical & Electrical, Fabric, Air Conditioning, and Combustion maintenance and installations for commercial & retail environments. With 15 regional offices, they specialize in planned and responsive maintenance, employing only fully qualified in-house technicians and engineers to maintain high-quality standards.

They currently employ over 2000 technicians and engineers.

The Role:

We are recruiting for a Plumbing Maintenance Engineer for one of the UK’s largest maintenance contractors, working on a large commercial building in Central Edinburgh.

1. Undertake all plumbing work across a range of commercial buildings.
2. Repair and maintain various plumbing equipment.
3. Ensure all work complies with Health and Safety standards and relevant legislation.
4. Complete and submit all necessary paperwork according to established procedures.

Qualifications / Training:

• Experienced, time-served Plumber with a minimum NVQ qualification.
• Preferably, candidates will have plumbing maintenance experience in commercial buildings.
