After a phenomenal
year in 2024, we are looking to expand our team of Duty Managers to assist the
General Manager and Hotel Manager in running the busy daily operations of our award-winning
property in Braemar (Scotland). We seek a dynamic and
forward-thinking team player ready to lead
our 2 Michelin-Star hotel across all aspects of the business. Your ability to form meaningful relationships with the team will be crucial to your success, enabling us to exceed guest expectations in every aspect of their stay.

As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Overseeing daily hotel
   operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences expected from a luxury
   country-house hotel.
2. Handling guest inquiries,
   requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
3. Monitoring room reservations,
   occupancy levels, and revenue performance.
4. Collaborating with various
   departments to maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and
   safety.
5. Ensuring compliance with hotel
   policies, procedures, and regulations.
6. Acting as a point of contact for
   VIP guests and special events.
7. Responding effectively to
   emergencies and unexpected situations to ensure guest safety and
   well-being.

Our successful Duty Manager will have:

1. Proven experience in a
   luxury hospitality environment.
2. Experience with LQA or Forbes
   luxury standards is advantageous.
3. The enthusiasm and willingness to
   learn.
4. Initiative, enthusiasm, and
   strong communication skills.
5. A thorough understanding of
   Health & Safety and COSHH.
6. The right to work in the UK – we
   are unable to secure a work visa for this role.
