Job Title: Project Manager

Your Missions

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager based in our Sizewell B office. The key objective is to ensure that assigned projects or work packages are planned and delivered in line with contractual obligations and expectations, fostering a positive client relationship. The PM leads project delivery, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards, and is responsible for project planning, execution, and completion within scope, time, and budget. The role involves acting as the main interface between clients, stakeholders, and contractors.

Key Activities
  1. Ensure projects are executed to meet customer requirements and minimize risks.
  2. Maintain full compliance with nuclear safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  3. Manage project management processes for assigned projects.
  4. Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, risk registers, and budgets.
  5. Lead hazard identification and risk assessments.
  6. Manage contracts and procurement processes.
  7. Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  8. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for successful project delivery.
  9. Monitor performance, report regularly, and implement corrective actions.
  10. Assess resource needs based on workload.
  11. Conduct lessons learned and continuous improvement processes.
  12. Execute governance, quality assurance, and change control processes.
  13. Promote safety, continuous improvement, and innovation culture.

  1. Successful project delivery within time, cost, scope, and quality metrics.
  2. High safety and quality performance, strong OTIF delivery, and minimal risk.
  3. Comprehensive project documentation.
  4. Timely and accurate reporting to leadership and stakeholders.

Training & Qualifications

  • APM PMQ or equivalent, working towards PPQ.
  • Membership of a professional body (e.g., APM, PMI).
  • IOSH or NEBOSH Managing Safely (desirable).
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and IMS systems.
  • Understanding of nuclear safety culture.

Within 3 years, candidates are expected to gain:

  • APM PPQ
  • A recognized leadership qualification.
