Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to join our team and support our sales efforts.

As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a key role in managing administrative tasks and fostering strong relationships with channel accounts. You will collaborate with the wider sales team to ensure smooth operations, assist with customer inquiries, and contribute to the overall success of our sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assist the Channel sales team with daily administrative tasks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel accounts.
  • Manage and organise the CRM, sales documents, and proposals.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Enterprise clients.
  • Assist in developing and implementing account plans.
  • Prepare sales proposals and quotes.
  • Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Technical, Customer Success, Product, and Project Management to ensure a seamless customer experience.

About You:

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the cyber sector.
  • Strong understanding of account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset with attention to detail.
