Job Title: Compliance, Risk, Audit and Safety Officer
Location: Central Office based in Islington with hybrid working and regular service visits
Salary: 35,700
Shift Pattern: 12-month fixed-term contract, 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00, with flexibility as required
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated Compliance, Risk, and Audit team, comprising a Director, Head of Service, and three experienced officers. As the fourth officer, you will contribute significantly to our strategic objectives, supporting high standards of governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement across SIG.
You will promote a safe and transparent working environment, supporting staff, residents, and participants, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety standards, policies, and legislative requirements, and supporting data protection and health frameworks.
