Position: People Experience Lead (Fixed Term Contract _1year)
We are looking for a People Experience Lead to focuses on enhancing the overall experience of team members and employees in a large global programme. The People Experience Lead will design and implement strategies to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive environment. This role involves measuring and improving employee engagement, fostering a culture of trust, and ensuring that every interaction with the programme communities contributes to a meaningful employee experience. They will consult on future ways of working cultures and navigate Firms onboarding a new way of working around their cultural environments.
