Base pay range

People Experience Lead

Location: Kew Bridge, W4 3NN

Salary: up to £40,000/annum + bonus

We have an exciting opportunity for a People Experience Lead to join our People Team at Fuller’s and play a key role in shaping our workplace culture.

About the Role:

In this transformative position, you will work closely with the People Experience Manager to deliver impactful initiatives that elevate engagement, diversity, and inclusion across our business. Your work will ensure every employee has a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion DE&I initiatives, managing communications and rolling out commitments.
  • Drive the Times Top 100 project plan and promote our benefits platform through periodic communications.
  • Coordinate listening groups and employee network groups, supporting neurodiversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Remain ahead of emerging employee experience trends.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Produce updates and support the development of our DE&I dashboard.
  • Organise and support DE&I events alongside network groups and marketing teams.

What we are looking for:

  • A people person who is passionate about making a difference and driving value.
  • Self-motivated with a progressive, creative approach to workplace culture.
  • Strong MS Office skills and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or an understanding of Diversity & Inclusion is preferred.
  • A proactive communicator who can juggle multiple projects while building meaningful relationships across the business.
