Role

The organisation seeks an enthusiastic and tenacious commercial lawyer with 3 – 6 PQE to join their fast-paced EMEA team. Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting the EMEA team with a broad range of matters including general commercial, corporate, intellectual property, data protection, and more.
2. Providing advice and counsel to international stakeholders.
3. Collaborating closely with marketing, sales, trade development, HR, finance, and legal teams.
4. Reviewing, updating, and implementing procedures and policies to provide legal services and mitigate risks.
5. Ensuring legal compliance across all areas.

8. Salary range: £70,000 - £80,000, depending on PQE level.
