Job Description:

As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of food production lines. Your responsibilities include supervising a team of production operatives, maintaining safety and quality standards, and meeting production targets. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff.
2. Ensure production schedules are met with minimal downtime.
3. Maintain high standards of product quality and safety.
4. Train and mentor team members to improve skills and performance.
5. Monitor and report on production metrics.
6. Implement and enforce health and safety regulations.
7. Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
8. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.

Requirements:

Shifts:

• Sunday to Wednesday
• Wednesday to Saturday

Shift Hours:

• Day Shift: 07:00 - 19:00
• Night Shift: 19:00 - 07:00
