The Role
- Selling radio airtime advertising, online, sponsorship, and promotional opportunities.
- Selling to existing customers and some new business prospects.
- Making warm and cold telemarketing calls to secure face-to-face or remote sales meetings.
- Following a structured sales process: identifying business needs, creating, designing, and presenting tailored advertising solutions.
- Managing, nurturing, and providing excellent customer service to encourage business growth.
- Collaborating with a supportive team, developing creative pitches using the latest technology.
- Utilizing strong case studies, presentation tools, metrics, and marketing information to ensure sales success.
The Candidate
- Passionate about selling innovative media ideas and working for a company that values creative media solutions.
- Experience in sales within any media sector (radio, outdoor, magazines, online, exhibitions, events, newspapers, etc.) is preferred.
- Consideration will be given to candidates with B2B sales experience.
- Proven success with documented results.
- Commercially aware, motivated, enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic.
- Driven to develop new business in a competitive market.
- Tenacious, ambitious, and able to present compelling sales arguments with excellent presentation skills.
- Creative, articulate, proactive, quick-thinking, with relationship-building skills.
- Capable of generating creative, innovative, and commercially viable ideas.
