Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join the management team at our Toyota Dealership in Grantham. This is a full-time role, working on an average 5-day week from Monday to Sunday, between 08:30 and 18:00, based on a 40-hour week. The rota includes one weekday off each week and every other weekend off.
Excellent package including a company car and benefits with an OTE of £75,000.
The successful individual will possess a positive, hands-on approach, with the ability to lead and motivate a developing sales team. You will be expected to achieve sales targets for new and used cars within defined operational and financial guidelines.
Role and Responsibilities
About you
You may be an existing sales manager, sales controller, or retail manager seeking new challenges or better career opportunities. You will have the drive and talent to advance the department, working towards KPIs and brand standards. You should have a proven track record of delivering outstanding results and customer satisfaction. Strong management and leadership skills, a winning mentality, and a passion for the brand are essential. Automotive or motor trade experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
