About Sportradar: Sportradar is a worldwide leader in sports data and audiovisual services for bookmakers. We have expanded our product range by acquiring Vaix.ai, a leader in Deep Learning AI for Personalization and CRM, bringing innovative solutions like Recommendation engines, predictive models, and Natural Language Processing to the sports and iGaming industry.

Role Overview: Vaix is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with deep gaming industry expertise to join our global expansion team. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, and play a key role in driving revenue growth and building lasting client relationships. This position reports directly to the CEO of Vaix.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Development: Identify and qualify high-quality leads through multiple channels, nurturing prospects to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  2. Client Engagement: Conduct needs analysis and deliver tailored presentations demonstrating how Vaix solutions meet client needs.
  3. Deal Negotiation & Closure: Lead contract negotiations and close complex deals, maintaining strong relationships throughout the process.
  4. Collaboration: Work with product, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
  5. Performance Tracking: Use CRM systems to analyze sales metrics, stay updated on industry trends, and identify new revenue opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Experience: Proven success in sales roles within technology or gaming sectors, with knowledge of Sportsbetting and iGaming ecosystems.
  2. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and sales process skills. Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), MS Office, LinkedIn, and AI tools.
  3. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Leadership & Relationships: Ability to build relationships with C-Level executives and work independently.
  5. Industry Network & Passion: Broad network in online gaming and a genuine passion for sports and iGaming.
  6. Global Readiness: Willing to travel internationally. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
