What are we looking for?

Searce is looking for a Solutions Architect who is passionate about helping customers with data and analytics applications at scale. Our Data and Analytics practice team has experienced technology consultants who’ve built excellent architectures.

They have technical breadth to understand infra, data, and application solutions and are ready to troubleshoot errors on the console. The Solutions Architect will work directly with our largest and fastest-growing customers to enable innovation through cloud-native technology stacks and advanced cloud solutions.

What you'll do as a Solutions Architect with us?

• Create solution architectures for Data Engineering and Analytics projects using Google native products like Pub/Sub, DataFlow, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, and Looker.
• Create solution architectures for Data Engineering and Analytics projects using AWS products like S3, Redshift, QuickSight, and SageMaker.
• Build high-performance, scalable architecture presentations and generate SOWs for customer Data Engineering and Analytics projects.
• Participate in pre-sales activities involving IoT, Streaming Data, Unstructured Data, and other data sources.
• Lead technical discussions on analytics architecture and guide the team.
• Stay updated with new architectures and AWS products.
• Be a Searce Cloud evangelist, educating customers on the value of our services and partner OEMs.
• Contribute to customer-facing publications such as whitepapers, blogs, and proofs of concept.
• Collaborate with the sales team to formulate and execute strategies to exceed revenue goals using cloud services.
• Build relationships with key technical stakeholders within customers to promote cloud adoption.
• Share best practices within the Cloud solutions architect community.

What are the must-haves to join us?

While education is important, we primarily look for at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, and an MBA is preferred.

• A result-oriented individual with passion and problem-solving skills, able to articulate complex technical challenges and solutions.
• 5-9 years of experience in Data & Analytics, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in solution design, including Data Warehousing, Data Integration, Data Migration, Data Modeling, Big Data Technologies, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demos.
• A consultative approach to solving customer challenges, with a track record of overcoming technical and security objections. Problem solving is in your DNA!
• Certification in AWS or GCP Cloud products (Solutions Architect preferred).
