Last year, we launched Fonda, an exciting, contemporary Mexican restaurant by chef Santiago Lastra and MJMK Restaurants. Located on Heddon Street, Mayfair, Fonda offers regional Mexican cuisine through Santiago's unique perspective, presented in an elegant and vibrant style with contemporary design.

In Mexico, a Fonda is a family-owned eatery serving traditional dishes in an informal setting, inspired by recipes passed down through generations. Santiago Lastra's Fonda aims to showcase recipes from across Mexico, emphasizing ingredient quality and provenance, combined with innovative techniques to modernize Mexican flavors. The atmosphere emphasizes warmth and genuine hospitality, reflecting Mexico's traditional family-run Fondas.
