Job Title: Event Marketing Executive

Location: Oxford Circus, London | Work Type: On-site (first 6 months), Hybrid (1 day per week after 6 months) | Contract Type: One-year renewable contract (Convertible to Perm)

Salary: Gross £35,000 annual + Performance-based Bonus

Are you an event marketing wizard with a flair for technology and creating unforgettable experiences in the esports world? LOOTHUB is seeking a talented Event Marketer to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for planning, organising, and executing marketing events that elevate our brand and drive user engagement, with a focus on esports tournaments and gaming events. From virtual competitions to in-person gatherings, this role offers the chance to showcase your creativity and strategic thinking in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing events that align with our brand and business objectives, particularly in the esports sector.
• Develop event marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and user acquisition within the gaming community.
• Manage event budgets, logistics, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution.
• Create compelling event content and promotional materials to attract attendees from the esports audience.
• Measure event success through attendee feedback, lead generation, and ROI analysis.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate events with broader digital and traditional marketing efforts.
• Utilise AI tools that can assist in event planning, attendee analytics, or virtual event management in the esports sector.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in event marketing, with a strong preference for the tech, gaming, or esports industry.
• A proven track record of successfully planning and delivering high-impact marketing events, particularly in esports.
• Proficiency with event management software and virtual event platforms.
• Experience with organising or promoting esports tournaments, both online and offline.
• Knowledge of AI tools that can assist in event planning, attendee analytics, or virtual event management in the esports sector (e.g., AI-driven attendee engagement tools).
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events simultaneously.
• A creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for crafting memorable experiences for gaming audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. A native English speaker is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Nordic Languages (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian) is a plus.
