We seek to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic, and dedicated graduate to join a dynamic, friendly, and highly successful Mathematics department as a trainee teacher. This permanent, full-time salaried position provides hands-on classroom experience, supported by mentorship from our experienced department and initial teacher training tutors.

Your daily teaching experience will be complemented by:

• For those who have not completed a PGCE: a funded PGCE+QTS programme at the University of Buckingham, including weekly lectures, residential training, and a three-week school placement, followed by the in-house 'Inspiring Teaching Practices' (ECT1) and 'Leading Learning In Communities' (ECT2) programs in years two and three.

• For those who have completed a PGCE and are ECT1 teachers: completion of the in-house ECT programs.
