Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Marketing Support Administrator for a fast-growing company based in Brighton.

  • Location: Brighton - Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Be the main contact for community reps, handling emails and calls.
  • Upload events to the website within two weeks, ensuring details are accurate.
  • Coordinate with Health & Safety to flag and escalate issues from event plans.
  • Track event attendance and online activity for reporting purposes.
  • Maintain website and community pages using CMS.
  • Assist community reps with digital tools and email access.
  • Process invoices and monitor spending to stay within budget.
  • Distribute letters, promotional items, and event supplies as needed.
  • Support meetings and events by organizing attendees and preparing documents.
  • Ensure community documents and information are current.
  • Contribute to online groups by creating quizzes, surveys, and content.
  • Assist with larger projects when required.
  • Follow data protection and health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure all marketing activities follow approval and compliance protocols.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines in all work.
  • Attend occasional offsite or after-hours meetings.
Candidate Profile

To be considered, you should:

  • Have previous experience in a similar role or an interest in entering marketing with some experience.
  • Be confident with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills to interact confidently with colleagues and clients at all levels.
  • Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
