We are seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Belfast.

Your Role

Based in Belfast, you'll join a specialist litigation team working on insurance-related legal services. Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting legal advice on risk, liability, and indemnity issues in insurance matters.
• Assisting in defending civil claims, including injury cases and employer/public liability disputes.
• Contributing to regulatory defense work, such as health and safety investigations.
• Handling professional indemnity cases across sectors like finance, construction, healthcare, and property.
• Advising on policy interpretation and claims strategies for local and international insurers.
• Gaining exposure to areas like directors' and officers' liability and institutional risk.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified solicitor (1-3 years PQE) in Northern Ireland with litigation experience, ideally in insurance or liability.
• Proactive, self-motivated with ownership of tasks and team contribution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to different audiences.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines.
• Solid legal research skills and a methodical problem-solving approach.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Experience managing lower to mid-value claims and supporting complex matters.

Salary Range: £56,863-£60,820 per year, increasing to £61,673-£64,469 from 1 August 2025.
