Head of Software Engineering

Location: London - 4 Days On-site

Salary: £120,000 - £160,000 + Equity + Private Healthcare + Unlimited Annual Leave

This is an excellent opportunity for a Head of Software Engineering with strong team management experience within a Series A start-up environment. You will play a key role in product development, laying the foundations for future developers to build upon.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performance teams within a Series A start-up and be well adapted to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You should have a strong technical background in mobile development, with in-depth knowledge of Flutter (Dart) or Python (Django) to support product development and mentor junior staff. Additionally, a strong understanding of DevOps principles and AWS is essential.
