Our client, a pioneering company at the forefront of next-generation computing, is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead their software team through the next phase of growth. This role involves scaling a core team of ten talented engineers to 30 and beyond, focusing on building capability, culture, and cohesion.

  • Owning the long-term technical roadmap and enhancing practices across DevOps, release management, and support.

  • Proven experience managing and growing software engineering teams rapidly, preferably in high-tech or research environments.
