An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Finance Business Partner to enhance their financial operations. This role will deliver an efficient and high quality Finance Business Partner service within a key programme for the business, working with and presenting to key senior operational stakeholders. You will have oversight of programme spend, monitoring cost and financial performance against budget and forecast. You will harness your effective reporting and presentation skills to provide insight and analysis into programme performance, challenging stakeholders where required.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a qualified accountant, with demonstrable experience of finance business partnering with key operational stakeholders. You will consider yourself a natural communicator with a desire for 'in person' business partnering, with strong analytical skills, proficient within the use of a main finance ERP (Oracle/SAP) and MS Excel. Experience of using PowerBI would be advantageous.
A salary of up to £75,000 plus bonus and wider benefits is on offer for the right candidate, with hybrid working of 3 days per week in the office.
