Due to our continued growth and customer demand, we are currently recruiting for a Product Manager located in Claremont, NC, Shakopee, MN, or El Paso, TX.

How You’ll Help Us Connect the World:

The Product Manager is responsible for the profitable growth of a defined product line within the Broadband business unit. Responsibilities include product line strategy, pricing, profitability, and marketing. The role involves managing new product introductions to market and working cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service. The individual should function effectively in a team environment, providing vision and leadership.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Manage the product lifecycle of your portfolio.
2. Manage financial performance, including revenue and margin attainment.
3. Lead new product launches, including defining requirements, pricing, and marketing collateral, collaborating with other teams to prioritize initiatives.
4. Advise operations on product demand, forecasts, and timing.
5. Define and execute short- and long-term strategies, participate in technology and product roadmap development.
6. Research competitors and customer needs through trade shows, publications, social media, and sales communication.
7. Evaluate product performance and recommend improvements in cost, lead-time, and promotional strategies.
8. Support sales activities such as calls, quotes, bids, and product loads.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
• 2-4 years of related product management or technical experience.
• Telecommunications and Fiber Connectivity experience required.
• Experience with Fiber Distribution Hubs is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

• Understanding of business finance and P&L.
• Ability to work with and align cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with fiber optic connectors, cables, or related technology is a plus.
