A leading company in the footwear industry is seeking a Product Manager to develop and manage market strategies for international product lines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product management and footwear production, with strong leadership and analytical skills. This role offers flexibility for full-time or part-time arrangements, and involves collaboration with various teams and international partners.
Job Description:
This role involves developing and managing market and competitor studies for assigned product lines internationally, analyzing forecasts and sales, and creating collection and marketing strategies. Responsibilities include collaborating on collection strategies, mentoring product line managers, developing merchandising plans, overseeing product development, coordinating with various teams, managing product costing, and presenting strategies to international partners. The role also requires planning product flow, challenging product costing, providing feedback to management, supporting sell-in activities, maintaining system data, and executing business trips.
Your Talent:
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in product management, marketing, or collection merchandising within the footwear industry, with strong footwear production knowledge. Leadership experience, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, organizational skills, analytical abilities, proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication skills in English, and a relevant degree are required. The position can be full-time or part-time.
