An excellent multi-office firm with offices across Essex is looking for a Senior Litigation Solicitor to join their strong team at their Head Office. The Civil Litigation team handles a variety of matters including property litigation, probate litigation, commercial litigation, and debt recovery, making this an ideal role for a Senior Solicitor who enjoys managing a diverse and high-quality caseload.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of dispute resolution and litigation matters, including property litigation, probate litigation, commercial litigation, and debt recovery.
• Support junior staff in their development and case management with excellent supervision.
• Attend client meetings, court hearings, and conferences.
• Communicate directly with clients to take instructions and ensure understanding to meet client expectations.

Skills and Experience:

• UK qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 4+ years PQE (others considered case by case).
• Experience in managing various litigation matters, including property and commercial disputes.
• Ability to lead and supervise junior staff when needed.
• Enthusiastic personality with a focus on personal development.
• Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with clients and colleagues.
